Hello,
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
Chest pain along with dyspnea (difficulty in breathing) need to be evaluated at earliest because it could be an early sign of some of the heart or lung ailments.
I suggest you consult a physician and get the following things done:
1.An ECG to rule out coronary artery disease.
2.A chest X-ray to look for some lung pathologies.
3.A TMT(tred mill test ) may be needed depending on the initial evaluation.
4.Basic blood investigation and serum electrolytes.
5.Other investigation may be needed based on the evaluation made by the treating physician which might include echocardiography.
As of now, you can do the following:
1.Avoid strenuous physical activities.
2.Quit smoking and have healthy diet, avoid fatty food.
3.Have a check on your blood pressure and cholesterol level.
4.You can take antacids for dyspeptic symptoms.
Hope this information helps.
Regards.
